The Beachfront Spa Villas have a queen-size bed, a luxury bathroom with a shower and spa bath and fully equipped kitchens in them.

For those who like a bit of luxury while on holiday, a Beachfront Villa at Papamoa Beach Top 10 Holiday Resort is an excellent choice. All our luxury villas have large decks facing the ocean and are especially designed for that perfect beachfront escape you are looking for. The views are always spectacular, any time of the year, from dusk till dawn. The Beachfront Villas all have a queen-size bed plus a separate bedroom with two single beds.

Enjoy the fantastic sea views from the Deluxe Holiday Units at Papamoa Beach Top 10 Holiday Resort. The Deluxe Holiday Units are not serviced but fully equipped. They sleep up to six people comfortably. There is a TV in them for you to enjoy and a kitchen with everything you need in it, including two element cookers and a microwave. All linen is provided.

The Holiday Units at Papamoa Top 10 Holiday Resort sleep four to six people and all have wonderful beach views. The Holiday Units are not serviced but are fully equipped. They have a queen bed and one set of bunks in the bedroom and linen is provided for all beds. There is also two divans in the lounge area, which can be used as beds, but you will need to bring your own bedding for the divans.
